By accessing or using Cafe Jordan's QR Menu System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

Cafe Jordan's QR Menu System provides digital menu browsing and ordering capabilities for restaurant and café patrons via QR code scanning. The service allows users to view menu items, customize orders, and submit them directly to the establishment.
3. User Conduct
When using our service, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Submit excessive or frivolous orders
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by Cafe Jordan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Cafe Jordan, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Order Accuracy and Food Safety
We strive to provide accurate menu information, including ingredients and allergens. However, the final responsibility for ensuring food safety rests with the restaurant/café preparing your food. If you have severe allergies, please communicate directly with staff.
8. Order Fulfillment
Order fulfillment, quality of food, and service delivery are the responsibility of the restaurant/café where you place your order. Complaints regarding food quality or service should be directed to the establishment.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cafe Jordan from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
